Welcome to Our Practice

Our Team of GI Specialists - San Diego Gastroenterology

Thank you for choosing San Diego Gastroenterology (SDG). The physicians of SDG have over sixty years of combined experience, building strong relationships between patients, doctors and staff. The practice offers comprehensive, state-of-the-art diagnostic and treatment services for a variety of gastroenterological disorders as well as for diseases of the liver and pancreas.

Our gastroenterology practice is comprised of doctors, nurses and support staff who are specially trained in the diagnoses and treatment of disorders affecting the esophagus, stomach, intestines, colon, liver, and pancreas. We have extensive experience in the treatment of acid reflux, inflammatory bowel disease, (ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease), ulcer disease, intestinal cancers, colon polyps, and liver disease.

Our goal at SDG is to provide high quality preventive care to our patients and to treat their acute and chronic illnesses. We evaluate new problems, care for chronic diseases, advise you on preventive care such as screening tests. We also coordinate our patients’ care with other specialists when needed, including medical subspecialties and surgery. We are committed to caring for you as a person to make sure you always get the best health care possible.

In addition to providing quality care for patients, SDG physicians are on the teaching staff of the Gastroenterology Fellowship Program at Scripps Clinic/Scripps Green Hospital. SDG also contributes to the medical resident teaching program at Scripps Mercy Hospital.

As your physicians, you entrust us with your greatest asset – your health. We strive for the highest standards of care for our patients and continually monitor ourselves against the best practices in our specialty. We are committed to creating long-term patient relationships by providing comprehensive, well coordinated and compassionate care.
